Maritime Safety and Security Law Journal (MarSafeLaw Journal) is pleased to contribute to such academic debate by welcoming submissions under the topic “Law and Science in Ocean and Maritime Affairs”. The MarSafeLaw Journal (recognized as class “A” by the Italian ANVUR) publishes papers from various legal perspectives, encompassing fields as the law of the sea, climate change law, maritime law, environmental law, human rights law, international criminal law, and related sectors. Recognizing the importance of diverse voices and supporting the next generation of scholars, the Editorial Board actively encourages submissions from early career academics and scholars worldwide.
